Mr. Duggan is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and the New York University School of Law, and has served as an adjunct professor with the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin; the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California; and the Chicago‑Kent College of Law (LL.M. Program in Taxation). Mr. Duggan is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and the United States Tax Court and is recruited as a frequent contributor for his practical insight into the ever‑evolving and oftentimes esoteric world of tax, estate, and business planning. He is the author of multiple guidebooks, articles, and a nationally published monthly column, and is recognized as one of the top attorneys in the country by his clients and peers.
