
Involved in the non‑profit arena since 1987, he is a fund raising consultant specializing in charitable tax planning. He speaks nationally on topics including* Endowments and Endowment Building, Capital Campaigns, and Charitable Tax Planning Strategies. *Mr. Frazier helps non‑profit organizations.Integrate planned gifts into a giving program that focuses on the four basic steps in the cultivation cycle: research, cultivate/educate, ask for the gift, and steward the gift. Mr. Frazier assists clients in working with professional advisors and their clients in creating gifts using pretax dollars that are otherwise lost in taxes, providing a “Win‑Win” situation for the donor and charity. Mr. Frazier helped to co‑found two philanthropic organizations: Associated Professional Services (APS) and The Gospel Fund. Mr. Frazier currently lives in New Albany, Ohio where he and his wife Christine have raised their five children.
