As Chief Operating Officer and an estate settlement expert for over 20 years, Josh leads the day to day operations, conducts initial family meetings, and provides settlement services to all clients. In his role as a trustee to many families, Josh helps guide them through their settlement process by providing trust administrative services, facilitating distribution of assets, and managing the settlement goals for the family. His settlement responsibilities include serving as successor trustee, agent for trustee, and personal representative in probate proceedings. He is often appointed by the court as a neutral fiduciary in contested matters. Josh holds the Professional Designation in Personal Financial Planning program from UCLA Extension, and graduated from UCLA with a BA in Political Science. Josh is a Southern California native and lives in Beverly Hills with his wife and two children.
