Who writes it

Written by Danny, for the People He Actually Helps

Hi, I’m Danny Knelson. I’m an independent retirement income and Medicare advisor based in Spring Hill, and I hold the Registered Social Security Analyst® designation. I help people build a retirement income plan, keep more of it from taxes, and make sense of Medicare and Social Security along the way.

Most of my week goes to answering the same handful of questions from clients: How much can I safely spend? How do I pay less in taxes on it? Which Medicare plan fits? The newsletter is where I answer them for everyone, in plain English, without the noise of TV ads and postcards.

It's a good fit if you:

  • Are retiring in the next few years and want a plan for your income
  • Want to pay less in taxes on your IRA, 401(k) and Social Security
  • Are on Medicare or turning 65 soon
  • Help a parent or spouse with retirement, Medicare or Social Security decisions
  • Want to understand your options before you decide anything

Common Questions

How often will I hear from you?

Once a week. Each issue takes about five minutes to read.

Does it cost anything?

No. There's no cost to subscribe.

Does Danny only help with Medicare?

No. Danny helps clients build retirement income plans and plan for taxes just as much as he helps with Medicare and Social Security. Many clients start with one question and find the pieces work better planned together.

Is this advice for my situation?

No. The newsletter is general education, not advice for your specific situation. If you want help with your own retirement income plan, taxes, Medicare plan or Social Security, you can call Danny at (931) 382-2766 or book a consultation.

I'm not on Medicare yet. Is it still useful?

Yes. Retirement income and tax decisions often matter most in the five to ten years before you retire, and Medicare and Social Security decisions go better when you plan them a few years ahead too.

Can I unsubscribe?

Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.

Can I share it with someone?

Please do. Forward any issue to a friend or family member who's turning 65 or retiring soon.
